MCA ADMISSION 2023


The following documents are required for the smooth conduct of MCA admission 2023

  1. Admit Card of the Entrance Examination.
  2. Allotment Memo from College Office/LBS and Fee receipt.
  3. 10th Certificate for verifying Name, Address & Date of Birth. If the Date of Birth is not included in the 10th Certificate, produce another Document like Birth Certificate, etc.
  4. Originals of Degree Certificate and Mark list of all parts of the qualifying exam – Passed B.C.A./B.Sc. (Computer Science)/B.Sc. (IT)/B.E. (CSE)/B.Tech. (CSE)/B.E. (IT)/B.Tech. (IT) or equivalent Degree OR Passed any graduation degree (e.g. B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc./B.Com./B.A./ B.Voc./etc.) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination. (for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge courses will be framed by the respective University/Institution and additional bridge courses related to computer subjects as per the norms of the concerned University). No rounding off of the percentage of marks to the nearest higher integer is permitted.
  5. Transfer Certificate and conduct certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last.
  6. Passport-size photograph of the candidate – 1 No.
  7. Candidates who passed their qualifying examination from Universities/Boards outside the State shall produce an “Eligibility Certificate/Equivalency Certificate” from any of the Universities in Kerala.
  8. Applicant who is employed or a trainee in Government service, Scheduled Bank, etc. should produce, at the time of the interview, a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the Head of the office where the applicant is employed.
  9. The student who qualifies from other universities should produce a migration certificate at the time of admission.
  10. Nativity of the candidate (from Village Officer or competent authority) or True copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority/passport/school certificate showing the place of birth.
  11. Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate – for communal reservation seat – belonging to Ezhava (EZ), Muslim (MU), Other Backward Hindus (BH), Latin Catholic & Anglo Indians (LC), Dheevara and related communities (DV), Viswakarma and related communities (VK), Kusavan and related communities (KN), Other Backward Christian (BX) and Kudumbi communities (KU).
  12. Valid Community Certificate from Tahsildar for SC/ST reservation.
  13. For Fee concession to OEC category – Certificate to prove community. Certificate to prove community and Income certificate (up to Rs.6 lakhs) is required from Village Officer (below One year).
  14. Fee concession to children of Fishermen – certificate from Fisheries Officer concerned of Kerala Fishermen Welfare Fund Board.
  15. Fee concession to inmates of Sri Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home & Juvenile Home - certificate from Director, Women and Child development.
  16. PD Quota – Certificate from Medical Board.
  17. EWS quota – Only for the forward community having income not above 4 lakh or should produce AAY/PHH certificate.
  18. Applicants are suggested to have a valid Bank Account details.
  19. Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.

Approximate Fees inclusive of tuition fee, examination fee. etc. is Rs.26100/- (collection through card/UPI only).
