B.TECH ADMISSION - 2023

Candidates are directed to produce the following documents in ORIGINAL for verification and admission.

1.  Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.

2.  10th Certificate for verifying Name, Address & Date of Birth. If the Date of Birth is not included in the 10th Certificate, produce another Document like Birth Certificate, etc.

3.  Admit Card of Entrance Examination 2023.

4.  Data Sheet of KEAM 2023.

5.  Original Mark list of Qualifying examinations(Higher Secondary or Equivalent). (Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination, if issued)

6.  Eligibility Certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.

7.  Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended.

8.  Conduct Certificate (issued after 1st April 2023).

9.  Migration Certificate, if Applicable.

10.  Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII(b) of the Prospectus 2023.

11.  Receipt of Fee remitted.

12.  Passport size Photo - 1 No.

13.  Other Fees for Rs.19000/- for General Merit and Rs.14500/- for SC/ST/OEC approximately (collection through card/e-wallet/UPI only).

14.  Claims for reservations - original of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application.

SEBC communal reservation - Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for state Government Education purpose obtained from the Village Officer in the prescribed proforma Annexure XXVII.

SC/ST reservation - Valid Community Certificate from Tahsildar (Format is given in Annexure XXIX).

OEC category – certificate to prove community - Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate for state Government Education purpose obtained from the Village Officer in the prescribed proforma Annexure XXVII.Fee concession – certificate to prove community and Income certificate is required from Village Officer (below One year).

PD Quota – Certificate from Medical Board.

EWS quota – Only for the forward community having income not above 4 lakh or should produce AAY/PHH certificate - Format in Annexure XXVI(a) & (b).

15.  Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.

16.  Students are advised to have an active bank account details, Aadhaar number.
